terms of service

  • Payment is via Stripe (preferred) or PayPal only

  • Prices are in USD and may increase depending on character complexity

  • I will start working after receiving full payment via invoice

  • If payment is not received within 14 days after the invoice is sent, I will cancel your commission (though you are free to submit a request another time)

  • Commissions are non-refundable after I send you the preliminary sketch

  • Up to two major revisions are free; additional revisions afterwards will cost $5 each*

  • I may deny your commission if I feel that I am unable to fulfill your request

  • I try to work fast, but commissions can take several weeks to complete depending on your place in the queue

  • I may post your commission on social media and use it as an example work unless requested otherwise

  • Commissions are for personal use only. You may use the artwork for personal use anywhere as long as you provide credit (a link or reference back to my Twitter is fine)

  • By sending a commission request you agree to these terms

That being said, I really want to ensure that you are happy with the piece! Don't be afraid to clarify if I've gotten something wrong. I'll let you know if something counts as a major revision.
